Michael came to my rental property in Kilburn to do a gas check and issue a Gas Safe Certificate. Arrived at the flat in Dartmouth Road on time, and saved me some potential wasted money by advising against an unnecessary power flush which I thought might be needed. As a non professional landlord with a single rental property, I am confident that Michael will be my first choice for plumbing and Gas Safety checks in the future. I will be cancelling my breakdown cover for the Baxi boiler and rely on Michael.
